Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between you (“Customer”) and Ki Concepts Pte Ltd ("Ki Yoga"), including the website (www.kiyoga.com.sg) and all social media accounts relating to bookings, communications and purchases, as well as the usage of our studio facilities.
- All packages can be purchased via our website, or at the studio. However, in studio purchase can only be made via Cash, PayNow, Paylah and GrabPay. No credit card payment at the studio.
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- All packages sold are non-sharable unless otherwise stated.
- Regular Packages can be transferred in full with an admin fee of $50 to one person. However, the terms and expiry date of the package will not be changed. Package can only be transferred before the expiry date.
- First trial package is strictly limited to new Customer registration and valid for 2 weeks only.
- First Trial package CANNOT be used for pre-natal or private classes.
- All packages will be activated upon the date of first class or when stipulated by the terms of specific packages e.g. some promotional packages are activated immediately upon purchase. The package validity period will commence upon package activation.
- All package expiry dates are clearly stated in the package information, presented before purcahse. It will also be reflected in your online account after the activation date.
- All packages will expire if not activated within 6 months of purchase, unless stated otherwise in individual package terms and conditions.
- There will be no extension of any packages, with exceptions considered for any travel of more than 14 days per trip, or medical reasons advised by a MOH-licensed medical doctor. Proof of travel documents, medical certificate or letter must be emailed to hello@kiyoga.com.sg, and subject to individual review and approval.
- Expired classes can be rolled over when you buy a package within 1 month from the date of expiration. Please contact us for class package rolling over.
- Pre-natal or Private class packages can be converted to regular class package of a same or higher value. Any differences in value, if any, have to be paid by the Customer. The new package's expiry date will be taken on.
- Complimentary classes or free packages are strictly non-extendable and cannot be rolled over to another package.
- Regular packages cannot be used for pre-natal classes and workshops.
- Pre-natal package can be used for regular group classes, however there will be no refund for any price differences.
- Workshops must be paid in full upon booking; any cancellation must be done 7 days prior in order to get a full refund.
- Booking of classes can be done exactly 7 days in advance, to the hour. Bookings are allowed up to the start of the class. e.g Class on 8 Jan 0800hrs can only be booked from 1 Jan 0800hrs onwards. You may book classes at any time before class commences.
- You can choose to do a “walk in” for class if there are available mats. However, we strongly encourage you to book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
- You must have a valid class package in order to book for class, we do not allow any unpaid booking. Purchase a class package if you do not have any existing package.
- Unlimited package holders are allowed to book up to 2 classes per day. You can choose to walk in for any additional classes within the same day.
- Cancellation of classes must be done at least 2 hours prior to class commencement time, late cancellation or no-show will incur a penalty of 1 class credit. For those holding unlimited class package, late cancellations or no-show will result in your booking rights revoked for 1 week.
- If you are running late for class, we request that you call the studio to inform the staff. We will only hold the booking till 5 minutes before the commencement of class, after which, the mat space will be given to walk-in members.
- Late comers will only be given strict grace period of 5 minutes. You will not be allowed to take the class if you are more than 5 minutes late.
- In order to minimise disturbance to other members, we encourage that you do not leave the class early. Should you decide to leave the class early, please inform the teacher. There will be no refund and the class will be deemed as attended.
- Customers must be a minimum of 14 years of age in order to attend a regular non-hot class at Ki Yoga. However, exceptions may be given for a younger child, who is able follow clear instructions and cooperate throughout the class. This is to avoid disturbance to the rest of the class.
- Customers must be a minimum of 16 years of age to attend a regular hot class at Ki Yoga. This is for safety as hot classes are of higher intensity.
- We encourage all seniors to practice yoga. However, we recommend that any senior above the age of 60 should focus on Foundation, Stretch or Therapy classes. Sound bath and Restore classes are great classes for relaxation as well.
- Please note that pregnant women are not recommended to attend hot classes. Ki Yoga may not check or know that you are pregnant before you attend class. Please inform our staff or Teachers if you are pregnant so we may advise accordingly.
- All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable.
- Except for sale items, all retails purchases are exchangeable within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item is still brand new with tag. Any items that have been unwrapped will not be exchangeable.
- Any sale items sold are final. Any items that are on promotional or sale price will not be exchangeable.
- Ki Yoga provides Free-of-charge lockers with number combination locks to house your valuables when a class is ongoing.
- Customers are highly encouraged to store their belongings in the locker and refrain from bringing bags into the studio. Our staff are not obligated to safekeep your items while you are in class.
- Ki Yoga or its staff is not liable or responsible for any theft, loss or damage of personal property within the studio facility, suffered by the Customer.
- We strongly advise members not to bring unnecessary valuables to the studio.
- All members are required to sign a waiver form upon registration prior to your first class booking.
- This waiver states that you are aware of the certain possible risks and dangers in practicing yoga at Ki Yoga and that you will inform the teacher if you have any existing injuries, pregnancies or conditions that might affect your practice.
- Ki Yoga teachers will do their upmost to ensure that you are well taken care of so as to avoid accidents and injuries, however in an event that the risk cannot be eliminated, we will not be held liable or responsible for any injury or damage.
- Ki Yoga has the right to reject any Customer from entering the class if he/she is deemed unfit or not suitable for the class.
- Ki Yoga reserves the right to amend and alter the conditions of this waiver at any time.
Ki Yoga reserves the right to change and update all terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
