Ki Yoga Offers a range of classes for every level of practitioner.  Our bespoke classes cater to practitioners discovering the fundamentals of yoga, and also to those who seek to challenge their own minds and bodies and achieve harmony.

  • Ki Foundation classes are the perfect place for anyone who is looking to start their yoga journey.
  • These classes focus on fundamental poses with breathing techniques that build a foundation for advancing a Yoga practice. It is also suitable for any student who would like to revisit their basics and improve their pose alignment. More attention to proper alignments, poses will be static with fewer transitional movements.
  • Suitable for all levels.
  • Ki Grounding classes cater to all levels of students. It is an alignment-based practice with emphasis on building strength and flexibility.
  • In this class, we offer more variations of foundation poses coupled with detailed instructions. Students should be comfortably challenged by holding poses for longer periods.
  • We recommend students to start with at least 1 “Ki Foundation” class if you have no prior yoga experience before attending “Ki Grounding”
  • Ki Dynamic classes are designed to create a flow sequence that challenges aspects of mobility, strength and focus.
  • This class focuses on combining elements of poses and transitions. We recommend this class to students who are intermediate to advanced levels seeking a stronger practice.
  • We recommend students to be relatively competent in “Ki Grounding” classes before trying “Ki Dynamic”.
  • Ki Advanced classes are targeting the alignments of challenging poses such as arm balances and inversions.
  • This class is taught in a workshop style, where there may not be a sequence, students will be taught the technique of getting in and out of the pose safely. Students will feel challenged in terms of their strength and endurance, at the same time the teacher will explain the requirements in order to achieve the pose.
  • We recommend this class to students who prefer a static practice and have keen interest in learning challenging poses. Students should be confident in their practice before trying “Ki Advanced”.
  • A condensed version of the "Bikram Yoga" sequence, this 60 mins practice comprises of a fixed set of 26 static poses. This class is conducted in a Hot Room with temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Hot Yoga is known for many of its health benefits, such as weight loss, increased flexibility and full body detoxification. With this fixed sequence, students are able to expect the same intensity and body improvements over time.
  • This class is suitable to all levels. Please inform the teacher if you have any existing medical condition prior to class.
  • Ki Stretch classes are perfect for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility and mobility.
  • Regular stretching increases blood flow through the muscles which will reduce the risk of stiffness and injuries. This class is also a good compliment to any endurance program or sports training to help relieve soreness and maintaining agility.
  • Suitable for all levels. No yoga experience is required to attend this class.
  • Ki Restore is a gentle Yin style practice that focuses on restorative and gentle poses with the help of yoga props
  • In this class, we work into the deeper connective tissues and joints through extended hold of poses. This is a suitable class for all beginners and advance students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring body balance and flexibility.
  • Suitable for all levels.
  • Using a lacrosse ball as a form of self-massage, to help relieve pain and improve function in sore muscles. This massage is a form of self-Myofascial release. Targeting the thin sheath of connective tissue, known as Fascia, the lacrosse balls will help to stretch and loosen this fascia, so that the underlying tissues can move freely.
  • Incorporating with other Yin style poses, this class caters to people who wants to release body tightness and stress. It is a calming and relaxing practice; poses are gentle with the helps of other props when necessary.
  • Suitable for all levels.
  • Sound Bath classes are an unique aural experience in which you will experience sounds from instruments like Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and sometimes, voice as a therapy to aid in reducing stress and anxiety.
  • Certified Himalayan healing bowls are used to allow sound vibrations to penetrate the body at a cellular level, clearing energetic blockages and bringing the mind to a calm and harmonious state
  • This class is conducted with students in a comfortable position, light stretches will also be introduced to help you enter a state of deep relaxation.
  • Suitable for all levels.
  • Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to complement the needs of a pregnant body throughout the three trimesters. The focus on this class is gentle restorative poses, coupled with suitable movements, poses and stretches to keep the body active.
  • The class will also target specific symptoms such as back discomfort, water retention and other pregnancy related concerns. After class, pre-natal students will feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
  • Please note that purchase of Prenatal Class Package is required for this class. Group class packages are not applicable.
